We’re open from 23:00 to 6:00, or later. Opening hours may vary for special events. Check our program to be sure.
What is the minimum age for entry?
The minimum age is 18. A valid photo ID (passport, national ID card, or driver’s license) is required.
Is there a door policy?
Yes, to ensure a safe and positive experience for everyone, our door staff may deny entry if someone’s behavior or attitude isn’t in line with the atmosphere we aim to create inside.
How can I receive my shirts and/or socks from the crowdfunding campaign?
Pickup of your merch can be done on any club night. Please make sure you name the correct email address at pickup, as it’s the only way to be sure we give out the correct item.
If you want your item to be picked up by someone else, please send an email to that person so it can be verified that you are okay with pickup by someone other than yourself.
Can I buy tickets at the door?
Export reserves a small number of tickets for door sale. It is highly recommended to buy tickets online in advance, especially for popular events. When the club is at capacity, the policy is 1 out 1 in.
Can I cancel or change my ticket?
All ticket sales are final. Export does not offer refunds or exchanges unless the event is cancelled. You may resell your ticket via platforms like TicketSwap.
Where can I leave my coat / jacket / bag?
Export offers lockers with a pin code, which can be opened unlimited times throughout the night. Cost: €5 per locker.
Can I take photos or videos inside the club
We’d like everyone to stay in the moment and minimise their phone use. Taking photos or short videos for personal use is allowed at some events. Your flash will always be stickered. Please be respectful of other guests' privacy. Taking pictures of people without their consent can result in removal from the club. Professional gear is not allowed.
Do you offer VIP tables?
Absolutely not.
Is there a smoker’s area?
Yes. Dutch law prohibits smoking inside, so our smokers’ area is outside.
Is the club wheelchair accessible?
Despite being literally underground, the club is wheelchair accessible due to the sloped entrance. The club room, bar, lockers, and chill area are all accessible. However, the toilets are on a raised platform for plumbing purposes, which sadly makes them inaccessible for wheelchairs. There is a wheelchair accessible toilet one level up, which can be accessed by a service elevator, which needs to be controlled by a member of staff.

What if I lost something at the club?
Email lost@exportrotterdam.nl with a detailed description of the item you lost. We check lost & found items every Tuesday after the weekend.
